What does it cost?
The shooting session costs $200 and does not include prints. All clients sign a release form so I can use your photos for promotion.
How long is the shooting session?
I find a two-hour period is the minimum to get the results you expect. Expect me to take between 100 and 200 photos.
Do you use a studio?
I prefer to take photos outside in natural light, creating more relaxed and intriguing photos. I can do a photo session at your home or other indoor location, but I’ll use flash not studio lights.
What should I bring?
Wear the clothes you want in your photographs. Bring any props that represent you. A musician could pose with her instrument, perhaps playing an original song.
Do you edit the photos?
I work hard to get the photos right the first time, so they don’t require editing. I may lightly crop some photos, or adjust some sliders, to get better results. But most photos are never edited, because they don’t need to be.
How long until I see the photos?
I will send email you a contact sheet a few days after our shooting session. You then choose the ones you want printed.
How much are prints?
4x6 prints are $2, 5x7 prints are $5, 8x10 prints are $10, and 11x14 prints are $20. Minimum purchase is $100.
How much are photo books?
Photo books start at $100. They take a lot of time to do correctly.
